Bathroom Design Idea
The house can be placed on either a south- or west-entry stand. On a south-entry stand, the garage doors need to be switched to the south and the kitchen yard will be positioned next to the kitchen/scullery.
This four-bedroom house, ideal for an outdoor lifestyle, is a variation on B280-AS with a maid’s room and garage with storeroom forming a separate unit from the house.
All living spaces and bedrooms are north facing.
The lounge and dining room are designed around a central patio/entertainment area, which forms the heart of the house.
Street access is from the east, although entrance to the house is from the south.
