For valentines February is traditionally the month of love, and The Crafts Council Shop at the Victoria & Albert Museum, South Kensington, London SW7, is celebrating it with a special exhibition entitled Gifts for Valentines. Running until February 14, the exhibition includes many unusual love tokens including cupid spoons by Jon Mills, jewellery by Debra Allman, Jane Short and Catherine Swann, hand-painted porcelain by Trisha Rafferty and embroidered wall-hangings by Jane Poulton. Temptation, an embroidered hanging by Jane Poulton. A Mi?iton bone china plate, Minton bone china perforated Chelsea vase and a pair of Royal Doulton figures, entitled Masquerade’, to be shown in The Midas Touch at The Royal Doulton Gallery.
