Recipe for Dinner.
Pear and Carob Strudels.
2 ripe pears, chopped 25 g/1 oz/1/2 cup carob chips Pinch of ground cinnamon.
4 filo pastry (paste) sheets 20 g/1 oz/1/2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted.
Mix the paarwith the carob chips and cinnamon. Brush the pastry sheets with a little of the melted butter or margarine. Fold in half and brush again. Divide the pear mixture between the sheets of pastry', putting it in the middle of one edge.
