15 mill tbsp lemon juice.
1 garlic clove, crushed.
2. 5 ml/1/2 tsp grated fresh root ginger.
Mix together all the ingredients well. Serve spooned over salad, vegetables or as a dip, especially for Breaded Mushrooms ( 54).
