Recipe for Dinner.
600 ml/1 pt/1/2 cups vegetarian fruit-flavoured jelly (jello)
100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup quark Fresh fruits.
Make up the jelly and chill until the consistency of egg white. Whisk in the quark and chill until set. Decorate with fresh fruits before serving.
1 Swiss (jelly) roll, sliced 200 g/7 oz/1/2 small can peach slices.
1 packet vegetarian raspberry jelly (jello)
1 packet Peach Dessert Whip Milk.
Arrange Swiss roll slices in the bottom of a dish. Drain the peaches, reserving the juice, chop the fruit and spoon it over the Swiss roll.
