Recipe for Dinner
600 ml/1 pt/1/2 cups vegetarian fruit-flavoured jelly (jello)
100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup quark Fresh fruits
Make up the jelly and chill until the consistency of egg white. Whisk in the quark and chill until set. Decorate with fresh fruits before serving.
1 Swiss (jelly) roll, sliced 200 g/7 oz/1/2 small can peach slices
1 packet vegetarian raspberry jelly (jello)
1 packet Peach Dessert Whip Milk
Arrange Swiss roll slices in the bottom of a dish. Drain the peaches, reserving the juice, chop the fruit and spoon it over the Swiss roll. Make up the jelly, using the fruit juice instead of some of the water. Pour over the sponge and fruit and chill. Make up the peach whip. Spoon over the trifle and chill before serving.
