Recipe for Dinner
Spicy Tomato Sauce
15 ml/1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped 400 g/14 oz/1 large can chopped tomatoes 5 ml/1 tsp dried oregano Pinch of chilli powder Salt and freshly ground black pepper A dash of Worcestershire sauce
Heat the oil and fry (saute) the onion for about 5 minutes until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with Fragrant Dolmas ( 49), pasta or Basic Nut Roast ( 133).
