Booz Brandy Snaps
1 quantity Brandy Snap Horns
300 ml/1/2 pt/1/2 cups double (heavy) or whipping cream 30 ml/2 tbsp brandy Sugar
Make the brandy snap horns. Leave to cool. Peel the oranges, remove the pith and slice the flesh into rounds. Whip the cream and whisk in the brandy. Sweeten to taste. Pipe or spoon into the horns. Serve on a plate, decorated on the side with a few orange slices.
