Recipe for Dinner
Soft Fruit Cheese
225 g/8 oz/1/2 soft fruits (e.g. strawberries or raspberries)
225 g/8 oz/1 cup low-fat soft cheese 15 ml/1 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar
5 ml/1 tsp lemon juice Crisp biscuits (cookies)
Crush the berries, then stir in the remaining ingredients except the biscuits. Mix with a fork until fairly smooth. Turn into small, shallow dishes and chill before serving with crisp biscuits.
