Prepare as for Dry Roasted Peanuts but microwave on a plate instead of kitchen paper and sprinkle with 30 ml/
2 tbsp soy sauce for the last 1 minute of cooking time.
Prepare as for Dry Roasted Peanuts but sprinkle with a little sea salt and chilli powder after cooking.
Ready-to-eat prunes Stuffed green olives Ready-to-eat dried apricots Slivered almonds Stoned (pitted) black olives
Make a slit in the side of a prune and remove the stone. Push a stuffed olive into the cavity. Cut in half and secure on a cocktail stick (toothpick), cut side up. Make a slit in the side of a dried apricot. Push a slivered almond into the hole in the black olive. Push inside the apricot. Cut in half and spear on cocktail sticks, cut side up.
