This is a large four-bedroom house. The exterior and interior spaces meet in the courtyard. All the living areas and bedrooms are north facing to capture maximum light and sun during the cooler seasons.
Entry is from the south through an entrance courtyard. The courtyard leads to the front door as well as the staircase to the study on the first floor. The study is separate from the house for privacy, but has a large open balcony that overlooks the swimming pool courtyard. The guest bedroom is also accessible from the entrance courtyard.
The double garage has a workroom and a storeroom and creates one of the boundaries of the internal swimming pool courtyard.
