This hotel, now a Jehovah’s Witnesses dormitory, was an in spot for flappers and their dates during the Roaring Twenties. Its Marine Roof, created by stage set designer, Joseph Urban, featured fine dining, vigorous dancing, and Brooklyn’s best view of the Manhattan skyline.
