With a passion for real, fresh local ingredients, Mark McNamara and his team are guided by the rhythms of the seasons, harvesting from their kitchen garden, baking their own breads, butchering and curing their own meats. They see wine and food as the most natural of partners and hence design menus that reflect this relationship.
Executive Chef Mark is a passionate advocate for freshness, seasonality and regionalism and hence varies his menus nightly to take full advantage of the bountiful produce sourced from an extensive network of local suppliers.
The Vineyard and Stonewell Suites are accessed through a private entry courtyard. The Vineyard Suites include a king bedded sleeping area adjacent to a spacious, heated-floor en suite with candlelit spa bath for two and double head rain shower. A large LCD TV and DVD player, iPod dock, oversized chairs and footstool complement the sleeping area. Separate spaces for luggage and wardrobe store, writing desk with complimentary wi-fi, a minibar, espresso maker and dining table complete the interior. French doors open to a private shaded rear terrace with table and chairs facing the adjacent vineyard. The romantic Stonewell Suites include all of the above and feature an outdoor private rainshower as well as a gas-log fireplace.
