Majority of the furniture pieces were custom-made by Casa de Dios, Jennie’s own line of fine furniture. It was an easy process of Jennie presenting her proposed designs to Chito and his wife, Jayjay, with the couple then approving their preferred pieces.

Contrary to the rest of the house, the powder room is decked in dark-colored tiles and incorporates dim lighting. “Instead of white and very bright,â says Jennie, “they wanted a more dramatic feel for the powder room.â
