If you are looking to make changes to your home and take some inexpensive pieces and make them look beautiful, stick with me because I've got a few Ikea hacks to share with you. Okay, the first one is a couple in one. It's a chair or a stool with sheepskin. I love this, and you can get both things at Ikea.
You get an inexpensive chair, picture shown here, it's about $10, and a sheepskin.

My second Ikea hack is to add legs to their furniture. They have so many great pieces, whether it be the bookshelves, or a filing cabinet is one of my favorites. It's really inexpensive.
It's white. It's simple. What you can do is there are stores out there, particularly online, that sell really nice legs for the furniture.
You attach those to the bottom of it, and instantly you've got something that is elevated in its look, in its style, and again, for a fraction of the price.
My third Ikea hack, and I love this one because everyone's into texture these days and kind of that bohemian vibe that's going on. Ikea sells in their bathroom section these woven baskets, which honestly I love just in general anyway.
But what you can do is actually add rope to the basket and hang them, and it's sort of these '70s style macramé hanging baskets. I think this is super fun. It'd be beautiful in a kids room or in a kitchen, and I love it.
My last Ikea hack, and I don't know if it's a little bit of a hack, but it's one of my favorite things, is go to the kitchen section and get their spice racks. They're like a few dollars. You get them in a wood.
I like to spray paint them. You can spray paint them gold or spray paint them black, and you can use them for so many things. You could put them in a bathroom and put your bathroom accessories on them.
My favorite place to use them is kids' rooms. My kids actually put their little figurines on them or books. This looks so great if you spray painted, say, them black, and you had a series of them and put all your kids' books in them.
They are so inexpensive, they look great, and they function so well. I hope these few Ikea hacks have inspired you to get creative. To help you out, I have created a sheet of examples of these ideas and what you need, and you can link to it below.
