ARCHITECT: William F. Cody
Brutalist in style, this house maintains most of its original finishes, such as the terrazzo flooring throughout, including around the pool and spa, Cody’s signature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and the original avocado green bar in the dining room. The house is situated in the Little Tuscany neighborhood of Palm Springs, known for its concentration of architecturally significant houses, such as the Edris House (E. Stewart Williams, 1953), Palevsky House (Craig Ellwood, 1968), and Raymond Loewy House (Albert Frey, 1946).
