Overlooking Seattle’s Elliot Bay and the 605-foot Space Needle, the flat serves as the perfect setting for a New Year’s Eve party. Judy’s recipes and reputation as a hostess are legendary among her friends. Our staff enjoyed tagging along with Judy as she shopped for ingredients at the impressive Pike Place Market. Turn to page 130 for the evening’s elegant menu and Ron’s wine suggestions. As midnight approached and the fireworks exploded outside the windows, the hosts and their guests raised a glass to friendship and great memories. Sounds like paradise to me.
