buttons (or blank TV screens). His colleague, Ada Louis Huxtable, said it reminded her of stamped
barber shop ceilings. The AIA Guide chimed in that Thousands of interior decorators’ picture
frames form an unhappy fa§ade on this all too prominent, dark, brooding office tower.
