When its parish outgrew St. Andrews’ original church building on East 127th Street, it was dismantled and moved a couple of blocks west, where it was rebuilt and expanded. It is among the very best Victorian Gothic structures anywhere in the city, and it is also one of the very few nineteenth-century Harlem churches that is still serving its original congregation.
